Statement of Purpose

**Declaration**

Our Statement of Purpose has been prepared in accordance with Regulation 16 and Schedule 1 of the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015. It accurately describes the aims, objectives, facilities, services, and approach of Nodera Children's Home as at the date set out below.

Nodera Care Limited, the Responsible Individual, and the Registered Manager are committed to ensuring that the home is operated at all times in full accordance with this Statement of Purpose and Regulation 16(5) of the Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015. Any material revision to this Statement will be notified to Ofsted within 28 days, as required by Regulation 16(3)(b).
